Katie & Liam at St Fagans National History Museum, Cardiff
Another wedding St Fagans National History Museum in June of this year (the other was Katherine & Mike) meant that by the end of the month I felt quite at home among the cobbled paths and smokey wood-burnt air of this outdoor folk museum. Katie & Liam – who just happen to have the cutest taste in everything – were married in a small ceremony in the beautiful dark wood pannelled room at the Elizabethan Castle before heading over to the Oakdale Institute for the evening. Their details and decor were so pretty & plentiful that it has taken ages to edit the pictures down and keep this blog from spiralling out of control! The bouquets & flower arrangements from Blush Floral Art were playful & sweet in the nature of the day – perfect daisies, glittering carnations, big jolly craspedias and baby blue hydrangeas. The exquisite Cath Kidston inspired cake is the creation of Rachel at Little Cake Cupboard who I have enthusiastically recommended to everyone since. Ooh and check out the raffle ticket drinks coupons! Okie doke, enough talk – you will adore this wedding. PS. Many thanks once again to Simon for second shooting and especially for taking the fantastic VW van shots with the boys.
