Nia & Nathan at The Bear Hotel, Cowbridge

I had wanted to photograph a military wedding for years so was thrilled to be asked to photograph Nia & Nathan’s big day last spring. After busy mornings getting ready at their family homes, they were married at Highfields Church in Cardiff followed by a cake reception for their hundreds of guests in the church hall. I’m loving cake receptions – friends, fellowship and delicious treats! Later that day they headed to The Bear Hotel in Cowbridge for a smaller dinner & dancing for family and close friends. On the way we stopped at the Physic Gardens to take some pictures – there are so many details to photograph on a dapper military groom! Just outside the gardens we found a pretty pink magnolia tree in full blossom which was perfect! Thank you to Simon for second shooting.
